Parents care about who comes in direct contact with their students they care about teachers.    School organizations are limited in how much flexibility they can provide parents when choosing teachers.  Obviously a school can not allow a few teachers to have hundreds of students and others a handful, this kind of popularity contest is demoralizing to all participants.

Provides parents the flexibility to select their teacher is accomplished by turning the tables on teacher selection and getting the school out of the decision-making process.  

When a school delivers all its course work online, then the parent is free to choose the teacher best suited to the personality of the student.
