Student Intake

Intake represents all the steps required to get a student assigned courses in Moodle from the point they submit their lead from on the Word Press site.

step 1	Word Press Site	Parent makes Account, verified by email
step 2	Word Press Site	Parent completes form on Word Press Site to enroll student
step 3	SIS	Form is entered into leads table in the SIS
step 4	SIS	Studia Nova approves form and accepts student (workflow ends if not approved) Homeroom is auto-assigned based on selection in Word Press Form
step 5	Word Press Site	Parent is notified and can then pay tuition on the Word Press Site
