Student Intake
Intake represents all the steps required to get a student assigned courses in Moodle from the point they submit their lead from on the Word Press site.Moodle.

| Word Press Site | Parent signs all legal forms to submit the forms, for both the enrollment client and Studia Nova | |

Studia Nova approves form and accepts student (workflow ends if not approved)

| step 5 | SIS | Manual process to resolve incomplete information on form, phone call. |
| step 6 | SIS | Validate Previous School - based on the text information, Admin selects correct previous school name from 'other schools' table in the lead form. |
| SIS | If other school is not in table, admin enters new record and selects in lead form | |
| Word Press Site | Parent is notified and can then pay tuition to the client on the Word Press Site | |
| CRM | Send Parent an e-sign document to disenroll student from previous school and enroll in Studia Nova | |
| CRM | Once above document is signed, Invoice is sent to the client for the new student, or notification based on billing terms | |
| CRM | Once above document is signed, the document is emailed to the other school to request transcripts. | |
| SIS | Create student logins | |
| Word Press | Update word press site with student logins so that they may be provided to the proctor who provides them to the student. Also email parents the log-in information. | |
| Moodle | With the logins, student may not access their assessment course in Moodle, student completes assessment. | |
we have no way to notify studia nova that assessment is complete other that the proctor or student directly informing us |
