Student Intake
Intake represents all the steps required to get a student assigned courses in Moodle.
| 1 | Word Press Site | Parent makes Account on enrollment website, verified by email |
| 2 | Word Press Site | Parent logs in and completes form on Word Press Site to enroll student |
| 3 | Word Press Site | Parent signs all legal forms to submit the forms, for both the enrollment client and Studia Nova |
| 4 | SIS | Form is entered into leads table in the SIS |

Studia Nova approves form and accepts student (workflow ends if not approved) |
| 6 | SIS | Manual process to resolve incomplete information on form, phone call. |
| 7 | SIS | Validate Previous School - based on the text information, Admin selects correct previous school name from 'other schools' table in the lead form. |
| 8 | SIS | If other school is not in table, admin enters new record and selects in lead form |
| 9 | Word Press Site | Parent is notified and can then pay tuition to the client on the Word Press Site |
| 10 | CRM | Send Parent an e-sign document to disenroll student from previous school and enroll in Studia Nova |
| 11 | CRM | Once above document is signed, invoice is sent to the client for the new student, and/or notification based on billing terms |
| 12 | CRM | Once above document is signed, the document is emailed to the other school to request transcripts. |
| 13 | SIS | Create student logins |
| 14 | Word Press |
Update word press site with student logins so that they may be provided to the proctor who provides them to the student. Also email parents the log-in information. |
| 15 | Moodle | Auto-assign the first course that provides students directions on how to use moodle, and have them complete their initial assessment. |
| Moodle | Students use the Edwiser from to self-enter their scores from IXL. Use the Edwiser activity. | |
| 16 | SIS | Moodle assessment forms auto-enter into Assessment module in SIS as 'unverified' assessments |
| 17 | SIS | Admin reviews auto-entered data, compares against actual data, makes determination on which program to assign. |
| 18 | SIS | Based on the assigned program, SIS automatically creates the student's enrollments. |
| 19 | SIS | After review of enrollments, the admin triggers the enrollments in Moodle |
