Platform Strategy

The product marketing strategy aims to sell the technology developed to start-up virtual schools with an international footprint.

 

 

School-In-A-Box

Word Press  - Website pre-configured website for online enrollment ans tuition payment.

SuiteCRM  - CRM rto drive business and manage communication, contract and documentation workflow.

Asterix PBX  - dial from CRM, inter office phone numbers (TBD)

Moodle - LMS pre-configured with all Studia Nova classes, third party subscriptions priced separately but bundled with the solution.

Big Blue Button - Integrated with Moodle to provide teachers the option fro online, synchronous learning.

PEMS - fully integrated with Moodle for student Information management.

BookStack App - Pre-configured with required academic documentation for approvals (course syllabus) etc, shared book with master for technical documentation. Accreditation Work Flows, sample contract etc.  With custom formatted export from HTML

Keycloak single sign on.

Hosted Solution - IONOS hosted solution, not a customer onsite deployed solution. Includes back ups and email.

Next Cloud - and Only Office - online files and productivity

Accounting System - TBD, multiple open source accounting systems will be evaluated.

 

Implementation

The solution will be implemented by Studia Nova for a fee.  It may not be just downloaded from somewhere.

Licensing is paid on the PEMS and integration components only.

Third party subscriptions like IXL may be bundled.

Hosting and support contract required.

PEMS Stand Alone

PEMS is the only proprietary component of the solution stack, and it may be sold independently. The interfaces to Moodle and CRM should be 'standardized' in such as way that the user can configure to their own systems.

Migration Projects

Data from legacy SIS may need to be migrated into PEMS. PEMS will develop an archive database where all information on dis enrolled students are stored in a flat file, so that the solution only manages active students.  Legacy data will be migrated into the archive.

All migration projects are independently priced.
