Payment Terms
Studia Nova charges your organization a flat fee based on a number of students you are authorized to enroll. The fees are due whether or not you are able to enroll students. This pricing arrangement does put a level of pressure on your organization to recruit in order to recover your costs, but this allows Studia Nova to provide you the lowest possible price for equivalent service.
Payment is due in two lump sums at the beginning of each academic term. Studia Nova operates on two standard terms. Summer terms require an additional payment not included in the base price.
Seat Pricing
Annual recurring costs are based on authorized seats. The number of authorized seats is the number of students your school is authorized to enroll.
