Student Login

The student logins table stores student login information for Keycloak and other technologies that the school provides their students.

Create a new record, enter information,  then use the GENERATE PASSWORD button to create the login. Workflow is triggered to create the student in KeyCloak and Moodle.

Data Relationships

 

Only one student login record is created per student.

Fields

User name - concatenate the first and last name of the student.

Password - administrator sets the password when creating the record.

SSO True/False - If true then on save KeyCloaks and Moodle users will be created.

Is IXL True/False - If true an IXL login with same user/name password will be create - PLEASE UPDATE NOT SURE

Is GrokAcademy True/False - If true a Grok login with same user/name password will be create - PLEASE UPDATE NOT SURE

Active True/False - If true then the account will be managed by Key Cloak PLEASE UPDATE NOT SURE 

website - the website that the student account information will be shared with.  Note: This logic may be updated based on the implementation of the homeroom module.
